1. How do I login to my back office?
To login to your back office, you can go to http://usaloelogin.com and use your username and password to login. If you do not know your password you can request an email be sent to you. If you do not know your username and/or password you can contact the customer service staff @ 888.334.5239 or cs@usaloeinc.com

2. How do I update my billing / shipping info?
You can update the billing and shipping address we have on file for you in your back office from the Profile Menu by clicking on the Edit Profile sub-menu.

3. How do I change my website address?
You can update the website address for your personal sites in the Profile – Edit Profile section. There is a text box near the bottom of the page that says “Replicated Site:” Enter the information you would like to appear before the replicated website addresses. We will automatically post the rest of the address for you. For example, if you wanted your address to be BobsBusiness.usaloe.com – just enter BobsBusiness in the box here.

The information entered here will be the same for all of your replicated sites:

  • BobsBusiness.Usaloe.com
  • BobsBusiness.FreeAloeBoost.com
  • BobsBusiness.AloeBoostSurvey.com
  • BobsBusiness.MyAloeOpportunity.com

You can not have different addresses for different sites.

*Please note – if you change your address, it is possible that another distributor will register and select your previous website address and you will not be able to change back.

4. What is an Autoship / how do I set mine up?
Autoship or Preferred Delivery is your personal monthly recurring product order. This allows you to qualify for different levels of the compensation plan – a minimum of 32 points on autoship enters you into the Binary plan, a minimum of 120 points qualifies you for the foundational payout levels.

You can setup your Preferred Delivery either from the Welcome page in the bottom right hand corner. From the Autoship Menu, or from the Orders – New Order menu. When you create a new order for yourself, in the shopping cart there is a checkbox to “Add to Autoship” if you check that it will setup this for you.

5. How do I change my password?
You can update your password after you login to your account from the Profile – Change Password sub-menu.

6. Where can I see a list of my customers and orders?
To manage your customers and/or orders that your customers have placed you can go to the Customers/Leads menu in your back office.

Your downline information can be found in the Genealogy Menu in your back office.

8. Where can I see an up to date volume report for myself / my group?
Your personal and group volume report can be found in the Genealogy – Volume Totals sub-menu.

Your earnings and commissions report can be found in the Commissions Menu in your back office.

10. Where do I enroll a new distributor?
You can enroll a new distributor directly through your back office using the Enroll New Menu option – or – you can direct a new prospect to your USAloe.com website to the Your Opportunity section there is a Sign Up Now link on the left hand side of that page. This way they do not need to provide you with their personal info directly and can enroll securely if you do not have a close relationship with them.

11. Where do I send a customer to order product so I can get credit?
To ensure that you get credit for your customer orders you would send them to your personal USAloe.com website, for example BobsBusiness.usaloe.com. From the home page in the bottom right there is a Shop Now link that takes them to your shopping cart.

12. Where do I send a person to get a free sample of the products?
Your free sample website is YourURL.FreeAloeBoost.com for example, BobsBusiness.FreeAloeBoost.com . Coming soon will be YourURL.FreeAloeRest.com as well.
