"I'm not disappointed!"
I have been taking the Aloe Control for several weeks. My appetite has never been so under control! I've had a tendency to over-eat in the past and when I am using Aloe Control, I'm just not as hungry. Now, I can barely finish an entire meal where as before, I would eat several meals at every sitting.
I also no longer have in between meal cravings for snacks. I used to constantly think about food and would often buy snacks in between meals just because I had a craving for them. Now I have no more cravings!
What do I mean when I say, "I'm not disappointed"? I've tried Weight Watcher's points system in the past and found that I was very disappointed. Even though I followed the program exactly as designed, I found that I was constantly thinking about food and how I wanted more food. If I was invited to a party where there would be cake or other "goodies", I would decline going in fear that I wouldn't be able to control myself and wouldn't be able to stick to my "points". Furthermore, the more weight I lost, the less points I was allowed to eat, which just kept adding to the disappointment. I lost a considerable amount of weight during the year I was on Weight Watcher's but stopped doing the program because of all the disappointment I felt. I then regained all my weight back plus some more the following year.
Since then I have been desperately seeking a weight loss program that wouldn't disappoint me. I tried all different types of meal replacement shakes like Nutri System. I tried eating only protein like in the Atkin's Diet. I've tried egg white diets, protein shake diets, and I've even tried not eating... all these systems just made me frustrated and I began to lose complete hope of ever losing weight or controlling my eating habits. I just think of food all the time!
I started taking Aloe Control and within just a few days, I noticed how much less I wanted to eat. I really didn't believe Aloe Control would do anything for me and figured it would just be another one of the failing systems. I didn't try to eat any less, in fact, I would still order the same amount of food as always... but I couldn't finish the food! I couldn't even force myself to finish the food like I used to! Now I only order one meal and in most cases can't even finish the whole serving!
Now I drink water too! I should add, that I never could seem to force myself to drink as much water as I know I'm supposed to drink per day. I just couldn't stand the taste... or I should say, the lack of taste in water. But I do drink a ton of fluid... Iced Tea! Every meal I will typically drink at least a gallon of Iced Tea or more! Since I have been using Aloe Control, I have been craving Iced Tea less and been craving water more!
I've only lost a few pounds so far, but I'm so excited because I know this system will work for me... eating less and not thinking about food or snacks is completely natural - not forced like before!
