We founded USAloe™ out of sheer love for our products and a desire to help others enjoy the same levels of success that we’ve been blessed to have ourselves, join us in our mission and we’ll train you how to succeed.



Pete Mountanos - Founder & CEO

Pete spent the first 49 years of his life working towards, and ultimately achieving the American Dream. He founded USAloe™ to help you achieve the same by improving your personal health and your wealth!

Pete's career began at the age of 18 selling vacuums door-to-door to support his young family, and pay his way through college where he earned his degree in Nuclear Physics.

Pete then went on to earn a Masters of Business Administration in his 20s which led to a career of entrepreneurial successes, ultimately resulting in the sale of his last venture to Microsoft®. This company, called VxTreme™, provided the underlying technology to Windows Media Player®.

At age 49, Pete retired with financial abundance, but was physically unhealthy, overweight, and burned out from three decades of hard work.

After spending years researching natural solutions to his health needs, Pete achieved dramatic results through a balanced regiment of Aloe Vera and natural supplements, ultimately losing more than fifty-pounds, regaining his vitality, and seeing a host of changes in his personal health.

It was through his own personal transformation that Pete became interested in “going one more round” and founding USAloe™ - a company where he could share the Aloe Vera based formulations that changed his life, and provide an opportunity for others to achieve their own American Dream.

Pete’s role at USAloe™ is not that of a token founder, or an armchair quarterback – he actively participates in every aspect of our business and splits his time between our Carlsbad, CA headquarters and his home in Las Vegas, NV.



Malia Azuaje – Aloe Vera Expert

Malia's family pioneered the hand-filleted, specialized process that we use to maintain the nutritional integrity of our Aloe Vera, and with her careful eye we’ve adapted her family’s secret processes to our large scale production facility and product line.

Malia brings nearly 40 years of expertise in Aloe Vera to the USAloe™ team and can provide answers to virtually all of your questions about our core ingredient.



Doug Verner - VP of Operations

Doug’s role with USAloe™ is to ensure that as distributors continue to drive our rapid growth, you can count on your core business to run smoothly and professionally.

Doug brings more than 20 years of experience in factory and distribution management and under his guidance; USAloe™ completed the acquisition of our 36,000 square foot headquarters & manufacturing facility as well as our own 72 acre Aloe Vera farm in Imperial County, CA.



Richard Vincent – Chief Financial Officer

Rich has over twenty years of experience in strategic & operational planning and finance; his role at USAloe™ is to manage our ongoing financial management needs and - most importantly - ensure that distributor commissions are paid out each and every Tuesday morning!

Rich has helped drive growth for companies such as Deloitte & Touche, Elan Pharmaceuticals, and Women First Healthcare, and joined the USAloe™ team in July of 2009.



Walker Sullivan – VP of Distributor Relations

Walker’s role is to ensure that your business operates smoothly – through Walker and our customer service staff you’ll find an open line of communication with USAloe™.

Walker has spent over a decade working with network marketing distributors, he understands your business and will work hard to make sure that you have the tools and support that you need to succeed.



Rodney Devereux – Master Trainer

With an estimated 78,000 hours of time recruiting, retailing, and training in Direct Selling Rodney has earned his title as Master Trainer.

Rodney has personally generated over $50,000,000 in volume as a network marketing distributor, and in the last 7 years has focused his time and energy exclusively on training.

Rodney’s role in the USAloe™ team is to ensure that our distributors receive industry leading training, have in-house resources to rely on to build their businesses, and bottom line, are groomed for success!
